In what looks like a cross between an asthma puffer and a urine sample container, GlowCaps will light up and cheerfully chime whenever you need to take your meds.

Cool huh? Well get this: the company is currently working on a new version – dubbed GlowCaps Connect – that links up to the Internet and can send weekly updates to the patient’s loved ones or doctor. It will also hook up to the patient's pharmacy for automatic prescription refills.
